So Jeff Thomas, our amazing Purchasing Manager, has an office that is right across from my desk with a big window. Imagine three business men dressed in really nice business man clothes...with their serious and stern "down to business" faces and voices on...sitting around a desk...bending and playing with all of these little foam plates with their big man hands trying to figure out which one is the best. If I did not do too good of a job describing it, just know, it is a very funny sight. Three business men sitting around talking about the logistics of foam plates is just funny. I keep on hearing murmurs of things like "weight of mashes potatoes" and "weight of sandwiches."Jeff is doing all he can do to make sure we are selling the best quality plates we can get to our customers!
